A highly experienced and accomplished Otolaryngologist, Dr. Picariello has served the Chester County community for over 30 years. A graduate of Harvard College and the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Dr. Picariello is also a trained Clinical Scholar of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery as well as a Charter Alumnus of their Leadership Development Program. He previously served 15 years as Section Chief of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the Chester County Hospital-Penn Medicine.

Dr. Picariello’s particular clinical interests include: Balloon Sinuplasty, Nasal Allergy and Sinus disease, Chronic Ear Disease, Hearing Loss and Laryngeal and Voice Disorders.
